BJR 5 is most likely coming for CoD:WaW. I am currently in the progress of porting over almost every script feature from CoD4 to CoD5. One improvement over the CoD4 version is (for some people, it never bothered me), that you will now be automatically powerleveled to rank 65 and everything will be unlocked when you first connect to a server running BJR5.
Coming features include, but are not limited to:

Mod Logo
Welcome messages
Removal of damage feedback
No dogtags on scoreboard
Weapon drop on hand and/or arm hit
Fall over when hit in legs and/or feet
Viewshifts when hit
Ability to disable obituaries
Customizable killstreaks for all hardpoints
Spawn protection
Inablity to sprint and/or jump after taking a considerable amount of fall damage
Customizable weapon zoom

However, it will be a while yet until you see it on one of our servers, since I still have to alter all the weapon statistics which will take a lot of time.

can we have a league version with weapon limits? sideswaps? timer before a round start (customisable)... and maybe a few more :D

Everything below has been done and needs testing. This is an excerpt from the readme.

2. Full List Of Features

Ranks & Challenges
- A new player will now be promoted to level 65 upon entering a BJR server. All of the attachments will be unlocked as well.
- New ranks, maximum rank is now 100.
- No more prestige.

Weapon Characteristics
- Corrected the ROF for all SMG's, MG's and semi-automatic weapons.
- Changed most of the weapon names to be more accurate.
- Changed the weight, handling and movementspeed accordingly for all weapons.
- Fixed locational damage for all weapons.
- Changed optimal ranges for all weapons.
- Modified the accuracy of all weapons. No more spraying, unless you don't want to hit your enemy.
- Modified ADS accuracy of weapons, the SMG's and pistols cannot be used as snipers anymore.
- Bolt-action sniper rifles can not rechamber while ADS.
- Bolt-action rifles cannot reload while in the middle of their clip, with the exception of all the scoped rifles.
- Disabled the ability to use iron sights while in mid-air.
- Reduced the throw distance of grenades.
- Customizable weapon zoom.
- Tweaked reload times of all weapons.
- Changed the drum magazine of the Thompson to hold 50 rounds instead of 40.
- Changed the drum magazine of the PPSh-41 to hold 71 rounds instead of 70.
- Changed the ammo capacity of the M1897 Trench Gun to 6 instead of 4.
- Changed the ammo capacity of the Browning M1919 to 250 instead of 50.

Perks
- Perk 1 renamed to "Equipment".
- Perk 2 renamed to "Weapon Speciality".
- Perk 3 renamed to "Special Ability".
- "Juggernaut" changed to "Armour Vest", now has 100% more body protection instead of 75% extra health.
- "Sonic Boom" renamed to "HE Charges".
- "Double Tap" renamed to "Improved Gun Barrel & Receiver".
- "Bandolier" renamed to "Extra Ammunition".
- "Sleight of Hand" and "Overkill" removed.

Messages
- Message center, can hold 10 messages.
- Next map messages.
- Welcome messages.

HUD
- Names above the enemies can be disabled.
- Names above your teammates can be disabled.
- Hit Icon can be disabled.
- Dogtags on scoreboard can be disabled.
- Crosshairs when using turrets can be disabled.
- Size of the waypoint icons reduced.

Damage handling
- Weapon drops when hit in hand.
- Weapon drops when hit in the arms.
- Players fall over when hit in their feet and will no longer be able to sprint.
- Players fall over when hit in their lower legs and will no longer be able to sprint.
- Players will fall over when hit by an explosion.
- Realistic fall damage.
- View shifts when hit.

Hardpoints
- Amount of kills needed to get the Recon Plane is customizable.
- Amount of kills needed to get the Artillery is customizable.
- Amount of kills needed to get the Dogs is customizable.
- Announcements of an enemy Recon Plane can be disabled.
- Announcements of enemy Artillery can be disabled.
- Announcements of enemy Dogs can be disabled.
- Dog health changed from 100 to 30.

Bouncing Betty's
- Bouncing Betty's can now be configured to kill friendly targets as well.

Obituaries
- Obituaries can be turned off.
- Teamkill obituaries can be turned on when all other obituaries are off.
- Optional message which tells a player by who he was killed if the obituaries are off.

Spawn Protection
- Spawn protection.
- Customizable spawn protection time.

Client Settings
- Jumping can be disabled.
- Sprinting can be disabled.
- Auto-downloading can be forced on.

Miscellaneous
- Mod logo.
- Longer shellshock times.

3. Gameplay Notes
=================

- Ranks & Challenges:
If a player joins a server running BJR, that player will automatically be promoted to level 65 and will have all his weapon attachments unlocked. Please, do not leave the server while you are being promoted as that might result in only getting half of the ranks. Also, all achievements will be unlocked and are able to be achieved.

Once the 'powerleveling' is complete, you can set up your custom classes in the main menu.

Prestige mode is gone for now. Instead of that, there are 35 new ranks for everyone to achieve. Be aware that to climb these ranks, you will need considerably more experience as you would in the stock game. There are no extra unlocks or achievements after level 65, so leveling up is merely for the show.

- Heavy Machine Guns:
The DP28, MG42 and the Browning M1919 can no longer be fired from the hip. You will need to use your iron sights or set them up in order to fire these weapons. Their accuracy is best when deployed. In addition, these 3 HMG's are only available with bipods and no longer without.

- Damage Handling:
Locational damage is back. In the stock game it did not matter where you were hit, but in BJR it definitely does. A bullet does considerably more damage in the head than it does in the right hand. However, a lot of limbs have added effects when they are damaged.

When a player is hit in his hands (bjr_droponhandhit) and/or your arms (bjr_droponarmhit), he will drop his weapon he is currently holding. When hit in the feet (bjr_fallonfoothit) and/or the lower legs (bjr_fallonlowerleghit), the player will fall over and will no longer be able to sprint. There is also a chance that the player might drop his weapon when falling over. Additionally, when a player is hit by an explosion, the same effect applies.

- Fall Damage:
Fall damage has been altered. You will not be able to drop down from huge heights anymore. When taking fall damage, a player might also lose his ability to sprint and/or jump. This depends on the amount of damage taken and the distance he fell down. The player will not be able to get this ability back for the remainder of his life.

- Bouncing Betty:
The bouncing betty's can now be set to kill friendlies as well (bjr_betty_ff). When this is in effect, the betty will detonate for anyone except the player who planted it.
