I was browsing today the potbs forums and finally found an explanation what these insignias actually give/do, so, i thought i'd put them here if you were wondering about them.. :/
Citations of Conquest:
1: 5 Insignia of Determination (+10% XP/4 hours)
1: 5 Insignia of Fortune (10% chance of second loot roll/4 Hours)
1: 10 Insignia of Swiftness (+10% OS and Battle Speed/4 Hours)
1: 10 Insignia of Valor (+10% Damage and Reload/4 Hours)
The new 1.3 exchange list in whole is found at this addr.
