Now how can I slow down the crouch movement speed?

I have successfully slowed down the movement speed while walking ( to encourage tactical team play). Now how do I slow down the crouch movement speed?

The crouch speed should already have been decreased, because you have decreased the walking speed. The crouching speed is just a percentage of the movement speed. There is no way to change it.
