Hello ...The last movie I saw (and liked particularly) was Danny the dog (aka Unleashed) starring Jet Li. It's one of my favorites actors and in this movie he surpasses himself in a way of acting abilities...In other words i'ts not your usual martial arts movie (although the action scenes are seen to be believed - brutal, powerful and WOW!) so if you expect only mindless blows to be trade between two (or more) rivals look again as one more matured character developed by Jet Li steps in and gives the film itself a strong drama twist. Added by the charisma of Morgan Freeman (who plays blind piano tuner) who helps Danny (Jet Li) to enter the world of feelings, and to turn him to the "light side" of life. What can I say more - the action is great (choreographed by one of the pioneers in martial arts films Yuen Woo-ping), the acting also (Jet Li is very persuasive as a mentall vulnerable man, tormented by his memories and "loveable" uncle Bart - played by Bob Hoskins) and for a long time I haven't watched such moving film combinig martial arts and drama - the last one was "Heart of a dragon" starring Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung (two of the actors i also admire). So my personal opinion is 9 out of 10 stars (if there were some more fighting scenes it would score 10). Superb film - can watch it over and over...
Cheers
