CVARS - plz help!!!

1. Can I just type the cvars on the console line while admin, or do I need to edit some file?

2. What do they mean when on the readme file they type: "- Copy all of the CVARs listed below in your config file."

3. ON the readme file they say: "For every cvar and a short description of their functionality, please refer to the bjrcvars.txt file. These cvars can be copy/pasted into your server's config file." The config file isn't in english!!! Where do I paste all this cvar to exactly inside the config file?

just put them somewhere in the config file.
And yes they need to go in the config file unless you wanna retype them over and over again.

It doesn't really matter where they are in the config file, as long as they are somewhere in that config file.
