I'm looking for a [Free] program that allows me to monitor (view) all my upload and download (my traffic)
please if u know such a program (or able to find one) that works and able to explain how i can see it then u really helped me :)

If I remember correctly if you download something from Gamespot you get one of those programs for free if you choose to do so.

If u use firefox they have a downloadmanager as a plugin.

I got such a programm on my laptop... have to check for it... aint that big... just a few KB... if I can find it on my laptop I will put it online on my webspace and put link in here...

If u right click ur connection icon u schould be able to see ur up/dl in kB's
